Artexpo New York is one of the most highly anticipated events in the global art community, and it is returning to Pier 36 in Manhattan from Thursday, March 30 to Sunday, April 2, 2023, for its 46th annual edition. The four-day showcase will host more than 200 innovative exhibiting galleries, art publishers, and dealers, along with artists from across the globe, who will showcase original work in various mediums such as prints, paintings, drawings, sculptures, photography, ceramics, giclee, lithographs, and glass works. This year’s Artexpo New York will feature over 1000 artists across 70,000 square feet of uninterrupted convention space.
Over the past four decades, Artexpo New York has hosted some of the most prominent names in the contemporary and fine art world, including Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, Keith Haring, and Leroy Neiman. The event has intensified the discourse on today’s industry challenges and magnified the best the fine art world offers. This year, more than 15,000 avid art enthusiasts and industry leaders are expected to visit Artexpo New York.
More than a Fair
The interactive programming schedule also includes Art Labs, the Discoveries Collection, and Spotlight Program. Art Labs feature site-specific projects by prominent galleries, art institutions, and art collectives within the show. The Discoveries Collection is a selection of artwork chosen by the Artexpo New York curatorial team that makes up a group of amazing discoveries throughout the fair. The Spotlight Program provides collectors with a focused look at several prominent galleries and artists that will each be creating a site-specific exhibition. Interactive Art Walk
Artexpo New York will also have an interactive Art Walk powered by Artmatcher Art Tags. This unique experiences will provide attendees with an innovative way to experience the art on display. The Art Walk will showcase a variety of artworks from exhibitors, and Artmatcher Art Tags will be displayed next to each piece, allowing attendees to access information about the artwork and connect with the Artmatcher community.

The Schedule & Costs
The Opening Night VIP Preview for Artexpo New York opens on Thursday, March 30, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The fair continues for the public and trade on Friday, March 31, through Sunday, April 2, with advance tickets priced at $30 for daily general admission. A multi-day advance purchase ticket with access from Thursday, March 30, to Sunday, April 2, is priced at $75.
