Serigraph is an original art piece made by the silk-screen printing process. Silk, mesh or other porous material is stretched on a board or frame. Next, parts of the material are covered while other parts are left exposed. Paint or other pigment is forced through the screen and spread across the screen with a squeegee to transfer the image onto the print.
